Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, Tsavo East National Park, Tsavo West National Park, Amboseli National Park, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru National Park and the well-known Masai Mara National Reserve are all on your itinerary. From savannah plains and freshwater lakes to mountain views and flawless reserves, Kenya’s varied landscapes are highlighted in this thoughtfully planned itinerary.
You will go on game drives with knowledgeable guides to see the “Big Five” and hundreds of other species in their native environments during your safari. Aside from taking part in activities like boat rides, horse riding and optional hot air balloon safaris, you’ll have the opportunity to observe the Great Wildebeest Migration (seasonal) and engage with local communities
Our representative will meet and pick you up from your hotel at the coast (Mombasa/Diani/Watamu) on the first day. You will board your awaiting vehicle and begin your Safari to the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. You will arrive, check in and enjoy a leisurely lunch.
Afterwards, head for an afternoon game drive in the park for the rest of the day. Taita Hills, a migrating corridor for the Tsavo parks, is a highly valued ecological area. With accommodations like the Saltlick Safari Lodge and Taita Hills Resort, both your stay and the game viewing opportunities will be incredible.
You shall return from the park for dinner and overnight at your accommodation
After breakfast, depart for Tsavo East National Park with a game drive enroute as you check in and have lunch. after a short rest, embark on an afternoon game drive. Enjoy a wide variety of animals the big five and if lucky you can encounter the rare African hunting dog. Game drive runs until sunset when we return to camp for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, you’ll leave Tsavo East National Park for Tsavo West National Park.
Arriving in time for check in and lunch. You’ll relax before going for an afternoon game drive in Tsavo West.
Tsavo West offers some of the most magnificent game viewing experiences in the world; Spot the Leopard, cheetah, buffalo, rhino, elephant, giraffe, zebra, lion, crocodile, mongoose, hyrax, Oryx, dik dik, lesser kudu, Klipspringer and other plain game.
Return to lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast you’ll leave Tsavo West for a drive to Amboseli. You'll be arriving in time for lunch. After lunch, relax and then proceed for an evening game drive. You will be amazed by the herds of free ranging elephants in this park. Big Five are also residents in this park so you can expect a treat. You'll return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Wake up to a hearty breakfast, before embarking on a Full-day Game drive in the park with parked lunch. An early morning presents the snowcapped Mt. Kilimanjaro sighted in Amboseli’s background. In addition to the park’s wildlife diversity from big cats to Zebras, Amboseli hosts over 400 recorded bird species, making it attractive to bird watchers and wildlife enthusiasts alike. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Amboseli’s designated picnic spots amid the open grasslands filled with free-roaming wildlife.
After a leisurely breakfast you’ll leave Amboseli for a drive to Lake Naivasha with a stopover to have the spectacular views of the Rift Valley.
You will proceed for a boat trip on the lake after lunch and some leisure time at the camp in the early afternoon. You may observe the variety of birdlife and take pictures of the hippos up close on the boat ride, which is a fascinating activity
Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake on the floor of the Great Rift Valley. The Lake is home to pods of hippos and diverse birdlife species. Other wildlife species such as waterbucks and zebras live on the lake’s shores. The Animal Sanctuary Farm is located on an island on the Lake Naivasha, with diverse wildlife.
Wake up to a leisurely breakfast at the resort, then leave Lake Naivasha for Lake Nakuru National Park.
Lake Nakuru National Park hosts the Lake Nakuru, one of the saline lakes on the floor of the captivating Rift Valley. The park, famously the Bird Watcher’s paradise, is home to over 400-recorded bird species, including the greater and lesser flamingoes that flock the lake. The park also hosts diverse wildlife including the endangered black and white rhinos, the endangered Rothschild giraffe among others.
After a leisurely breakfast at the camp, you’ll then depart for the world-famous Masai Mara. The Masai Mara National Reserve has been dubbed a natural Wonder of the World. The annual wildebeest migration, which takes place between July and October, is its major highlight. However, even when it is not the migration season, the Masai Mara never fails to impress. You can still experience the majestically sweeping savannah grasslands, breathtaking topography, the Big Five, enchanted sunrises and sunsets, the lovely Maa culture, and much more. The Mara presents a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
You will arrive in time for lunch and check in at the Camp/Lodge. You will then embark on an afternoon game drive and return for some leisure time back at the camp. Later, you will have dinner and your overnight stay at the camp/Lodge.
Wake up to an early breakfast, then embark on a Full-day Guided Game Drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve.
The Masai Mara, a renowned world destination, presents scenic rolling landscapes flowing with diverse wildlife species. Home to all the Big five wildlife species, the Mara hosts one of the most alluring animal shows in the world. The great Wildebeest Migration in July through October is the largest annual animal migration in the world. The Wildebeests migrate from the plains of the Serengeti to Masai Mara, across the overflowing, crocodile, and hippo-infested Mara River. At the shores of the Mara River, the wildebeests encounter the prowling Big Cats of the Mara ready to feast. The Wildebeests are pacesetters for other wildlife, the zebras and antelopes, who follow them across and into the rich plains of Masai Mara.
After a leisurely breakfast, you will say your goodbyes to the Mara and drive back to Nairobi. Drop off at your Nairobi Hotel or the Nairobi Airport for your onward flight home.
