Bookings and Reservations
1.1 Deposit and Payment:
- Deposit Requirements:
- 0% deposit for one-day safaris/tours.
- 20% deposit for 2–3-day safaris/tours.
- 30% deposit for 4–6-day safaris/tours.
- 40% deposit for 7–12-day safaris/tours.
- 50% deposit for combined Kenya/Tanzania safaris.
1.2 Balance Payment:
- The remaining balance is due:
- 1–6 days prior to arrival when paying via card.

- On the safari day when paying in cash. (Using the current exchange rate at the time of payment.)
1.3 Payment Methods:
- Payments can be made via:
- Bank Wire Transfer in USD or Euros.
- Credit/Debit Card: No transaction fees for full invoice payments. However, credit card companies may apply their own processing fees for international transactions.
1.4 Reservation Confirmation:
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
1.5 Fair Prices:
- Antonio Safaris provide fair pricing for the tours. We ensure you get the value for your money. 5% of our income goes to help children in the local schools

Payment and Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are effective upon receipt by Antonio Safaris. Refunds will be processed as follows:
- 60+ days: 90% Refund.
- 45–59 days: 60% Refund.
- 30–44 days: 50% Refund.
- 15–29 days: 25% Refund.
- Below 14 days: No Refund.
2.2 Refund Method:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within six months of cancellation. A 5% administrative fee will apply to cover transaction costs.
- Changes and Cancellations by the Company
3.1 Right to Modify:
- Antonio Safaris reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, services, or accommodations as required by circumstances. For major changes, customers will be informed promptly and provided alternatives.

Customer Special Requests
4.1 Special Requests:
- Requests (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility requirements) must be communicated at the time of booking. Antonio Safaris will strive to accommodate these requests.
- Limitation of Liability
5.1 Third-Party Service Providers:
- Antonio Safaris acts as a coordinator for third-party providers (e.g., lodges, airlines) and is not liable for delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by these entities.
5.2 Risk Acknowledgment:
- Participation in activities is at the client’s own risk. Antonio Safaris is not responsible for unforeseen events such as wildlife encounters, weather disruptions, or road conditions.

Safety
6.1 Client Responsibilities:
- Clients must follow the instructions of guides and staff to ensure their safety and that of others.
6.2 Travel Insurance:
It is of importance that each Safari / tour member in your party has adequate and comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation or curtailment, as well as medical expenses, emergency travel, personal accident, personal baggage and money loss.
This should be arranged at the time of confirmation and deposit payment to cover you for cancellation from the time of booking. Please note that it is your responsibility to take out insurance, with the cost for your account, and that Antonio Safaris cannot be liable in any way whatsoever should you fail to do so.
If you are coming to East Africa from overseas, we request that you provide us with your insurance provider’s name, together with the policy number and the insurance company’s emergency contact telephone number in case of any emergency whilst you are traveling.

Behavior and Code of Conduct
7.1 Customer Behavior:
- Customers are expected to respect fellow travelers, staff, and local communities. Disruptive behavior or failure to follow safety guidelines may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

Liability
8.1 Baggage Responsibility:
- Baggage is carried at the client’s own risk. Antonio Safaris reserves the right to exclude items deemed unsafe, oversized, or impractical.
8.2 Responsibility for Clients from Other Agents:
- Antonio Safaris assumes responsibility for clients during the tour when referred by agents. The referring agent remains responsible for booking accuracy and pre-arrival communication.

Data Protection
9.1 Data Confidentiality:
- Antonio Safaris ensures customer data is handled confidentially and used solely for booking management.
9.2 Data Sharing:
- Personal data is shared only with third parties directly involved in fulfilling bookings (e.g., accommodation providers).
9.3 Data Deletion:
- Personal data is securely deleted after the booking is completed, in line with data protection regulations.

Publicity and Image Use Rights
10.1 Photograph and Video Use:
- Antonio Safaris retains rights to photos and videos taken by its representatives during tours for promotional purposes. Customers who prefer not to appear in marketing materials should notify Antonio Safaris in advance.

General Booking Conditions
11.1 Passports and Visas:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their travel documents, including visas and passport validity, are in order. Antonio Safaris can provide guidance upon request.
11.2 Flight Arrangements:
- Customers are responsible for reconfirming international and domestic flights and informing Antonio Safaris of changes.

Transport
- Overland road safaris use Safari 4×4 Land Cruisers with sliding passenger windows for enhanced viewing.
- Open-sided safari vehicles may be utilized within game reserves and conservancies for fly-in packages.

Law and Jurisdiction
- All terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through arbitration and, if necessary, litigation in the courts of Kenya.
Acknowledgment
By paying the deposit, customers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
